Recognizing the importance of emphasizing secure technology, the European Union enacted the Cyber Resilience Act in March 2024, which aims to 1) enforce that products with digital elements (including software products) are designed with security in mind, both at creation and throughout the product lifecycle and lifetime, and 2) better enable users to judge products based on their cybersecurity readiness, with fines and product restrictions applied to non-compliant companies.¹ ADI is leveraging our unique domain knowledge to help ease the pathway for compliance with our customers through easy to deploy security over the breadth of our domains.
